  I had a package delivered a couple days ago and the package was to big for the mail box, instead of bringing to the front door like they are supposed to they tried shoving it in the mail box, they crammed it in there, leaving the package half outside the box, ripping the package and completely damaged all the stuff inside. This is not the first time , not the second this is the fifth time it has happened. They have done this with packages that have states fragile glass inside, they didn't care shoved in box anyways and glass was broken , numerous times have had books coloring books and reading books that were shoved in mail.box completely damaging books, to become twisted, ripped and torn part of binding was crushed. Packages have been left on the ground next to the mailbox, have had items that said heat sensitive melt because they put in mail box,l. Have had orders gone missing because they were misplaced 3 times, they have brought back a package when they were just at the house delivering mail because they didn't want to bring box to the door. They have left door tag hangers saying to come pick up your package when we were home, the did not knock on door or ring the door bell and the package was not heavy nor did it require this. They do not get out of the car and bring packages to the door . My house does not have a fence , there is absolutely nothing blocking the door or walk way and so not have a dog. I have contacted the post office and was rudely told I wasn't going to get the answer I wanted and that they don't have to bring it to the door which is a bull face lie , which corporate confirmed and told me under no condition should they shove or cram a package in the mail box when it doesn't fit and they must bring it to the door. I have also been told by the post office they would fix the issue which clearly they have not done as it is an ongoing issue. I have contacted corporate as well. These major issue still happen and my packages are always getting damaged.

  Today I watch the delivery driver not even travel down the street to my home. But put in undeliverable not able to access the front door as an excuse. A complete lie.
