  Very disappointing customer service. The employees were not helpful, and to make matters worse, I was charged $2 just for tape to seal my box. If this is a policy, they should have at least given me a warning and let it slide this time, explaining that next time I would have to pay $2. I explained I didnt know this can i just have some tape for my box because i dont have any tape in my house i just moved to the area. Instead, they chose to charge me without showing any understanding or willingness to help. It’s not about the $2 itself; it’s about the lack of customer service and common courtesy. A little kindness and consideration would have gone a long way. I will think twice before using UPS again. When he said it will be $2 for us to take your box I said “ $2 for some tape?” and he proceeded to give me a blank stare and said do you want to go ahead and pay? I will not be coming back here that was a low point . Keep your $2 UPS since you need it so bad. Its genuinely upsetting. I understand everything is money but im already paying for the return and the shipping.

  Absolutely incredible customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience at this location. It’s so refreshing to walk into a mailing/parcel establishment and see smiles and friendly faces! An example: I walked in 8 minutes before closing to process some Amazon returns that have been camping out at my house for a couple of weeks. I walked in and headed to the self service kiosk and a super friendly “I can help you with that” came from LENY across the room! When she asked how I was, I let her know that I was surviving, with three kids, three and under. Haha. When I went to pull up my Amazon app, all of my Amazon returns, about 11 in total, had been processed for a Staples drop off. Instead of saying “go to staples”, she said, “I’m sure that can be changed in the app so you don’t have to go over there”. ***cancelling an Amazon return and reprocessing it can take about 2 minutes per item*** I told her it was gonna take too long, and she told me that she would love to help and do not worry, because she would not want Amazon returns looming over her head. 7 o’clock rolled around and I was 4 returns away from finishing. I told her I’d be back tomorrow to do the rest and she kindly offered for me to stay and finish so they could just be done. Every team member / employee in this location has been nothing but a pleasure to interact with. Leny just truly made my day by helping me finish out these returns and correct my return location mistakes. So grateful!!!! ****UPS, seriously the best location I’ve ever visited. Protect these team members at all costs.****

  They were fantastic and very helpful. They are always very accomadating and do a great job helping me with the things I need to do for my business. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

  The staff at this La Vergne location were incredibly sweet, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire process quick and reassuring. The store was exceptionally clean and much nicer than other locations I have visited. Even though the final price came out to $67, the fast service and proximity to my home made it completely worth it!

  Lawrence Segree Sr. Help me deliver several packages. Him and his brother went the extra mile to make if this happened for me while I was out of town. Not only did they say me time, but they saved me a lot of money by doing. They pick up. For me. They picked up the package, they wrapped it up and they shipped it out. Oh within one day... I really do appreciate them. This is a truly one stop shop, if you need anything.Shipped wrapped or picked up. Definitely give them a call... i give him 10 stars
