- SPSarah PaxtonMay 14, 20261.0would not recommend service here. literally every employee is rude for no reason. the only one that’s even mildly polite is the younger girl. i understand that people do not always treat them kindly but i have every time i go in just to be treated with snark comments and attitude in return. i’ll ship from a different location in the future

I don't live in Kodak, but I prefer to use the Kodak location to ship or buy stamps because if you think this location is bad, you should try the one in Sevierville. It's truly awful, and ehike I consider the Kodak location "better", we are not talking about a high standard to beat here. I am dinging three stars because twice now I've gone to ship something, and at the end of my transaction they're reaching over the counter to complete their own survey. Highly unprofessional, and unbelievably presumptive. So that's one star for each occurrence, , and minus another one to get your attention.

I tried to call and waited 15 minutes on hold they will not answer. Went into post office the lady at the register calls the carrier that doesn’t remember handing it to anyone but neither of them can find the package. It is an unorganized mess in the facility. They also sent 2 envelopes back to the sender this week as well it is not difficult to put something in a mailbox.
