  I have moved To Texas. In April I put a address change on line 2 times I was charged both times. I also put a forwarding address this is now 3 times one time for each month that I have been at my new address. Twice I had to go to post office and let them scan my ID.texas had tried to work to get it right. I've called and spoke to AI. Texas had EMailed Kodak post office and inquired why? Are you holding mail for and not sending it out 2months have past and I not received my mail. My meds etc. I ve had my family pick up mail that was supposed to be there. But the sad very sad clerk's at Kodak location said they sent it all out .I still have not received a response from Kodak. I'm sorry that I need to explain to you how to do your. Job . If it is to hard for you to do. Then Retire. Save us all.

  would not recommend service here. literally every employee is rude for no reason. the only one that’s even mildly polite is the younger girl. i understand that people do not always treat them kindly but i have every time i go in just to be treated with snark comments and attitude in return. i’ll ship from a different location in the future

  I'm gonna go against what most folks are doing (one star) and give these guys two stars. I don't live in Kodak, but I prefer to use the Kodak location to ship or buy stamps because if you think this location is bad, you should try the one in Sevierville. It's truly awful, and ehike I consider the Kodak location "better", we are not talking about a high standard to beat here. I am dinging three stars because twice now I've gone to ship something, and at the end of my transaction they're reaching over the counter to complete their own survey. Highly unprofessional, and unbelievably presumptive. So that's one star for each occurrence, , and minus another one to get your attention.

  Went in today and this was the second time I have HADto use this location. The front clerk was very rude. She threw my big package to the side and told me she would get to it later and wouldn’t give me the time needed to even get a tracking for my package so I am having to hope it gets where it is supposed to without me getting charged. It was a time sensitive package and if it don’t get to its destination in time I have a fee. Then with my other to envelopes of pictures I asked her if she had a stamp that said do not bend. She told me if I wanted it not to be bent I needed to write it myself. Then she refused to give me a pen to write it. Instead I had to wait on my way to work might I add for another customer to get done using a pen to use. The front clerk I didn’t catch her name but she has longer grey hair and wears glove type things on her hands that have finger tips missing. I won’t be back here. I’m not sure how she still has a job.
