- BTBrandolyn ThomasJul 30, 20262.0I try not to leave reviews unless I have very unpleasant experiences and today was one of those. I am giving two stars because the brown headed lady with glasses was amazing and deserves five stars. I am giving two because I don’t take being belittled by an employee that I am paying for their GOVERNMENTAL service. I decided to recycle to an Amazon box and wasn’t aware that all stickers had to be off the box (my fault.) Instead of making me feel like an idiot, the woman was so kind, educated me for next time, and said she would cover it with stickers and a sharpie. I went to the side to address the box, and when I came up to the line she was helping someone else, so I went to Dennis. He told he “hated to do this, but because it has stickers, I need to take them fully off,” and I politely explained that his coworker told me it was fine for this time and that they will cover it for me. He immediately got super rude with a mean attitude and said “well, I can talk to her, but I’m her supervisor and I’m saying you need to take the sticker off.” There was NO need to have an attitude or speak to me or about his coworker in such a demeaning, rude way. She still smiled, walked over, handed me stickers, and told me to put them on the spots he talked about. She then made sure to be the one to finish checking me out and was still so kind and smiley even after her coworker being so rude to both of us in front of her. I hope he gets talked to by someone above him, because there was ZERO need to take it to the level he did when no one had an attitude. He could have said “let me go talk with my coworker” or handled the situation with professionalism instead of being so callous and rude.
