Instead of getting something needed i had to go elsewhere to pay again so I could fix my mower. Cost an extra week and still haven't gotten my package yet.
- BHBen HensleyJun 4, 20261.0I know there a few people that will say they had a pleasant experience at their local post office, but to say these people are horrible is an understatement. I’m blown away by the level of rudeness and lack of willingness to help by the staff here. If they can’t answer your question they just say they can’t do it or they direct you to go online to the website. Instead of doing their jobs and being thankful they have a government position with good pay and benefits, they treat people like we are second class citizens because we came in 20 minutes prior to closing time. YOURE STILL OPEN UNTIL ITS TIME TO CLOSE! Please do better, as I am going as far up as I can with complaints and when I feel like I’ve been heard and that there are going to be changes, I’ll stop.
