- JSJoy SlenderJul 18, 20261.0The rudest people I’ve ever delt with. When I walked in the lights were off and no one was even there so I questioned if they were open. The sign said they were. Then someone finally shows up after me and another woman were questioning what to do. I start to tape my packing slip on the package and the woman watches me tape the whole thing then without even looking at the package tells me it’s the wrong tape and “I better hope” it’s the right one. Then the other woman is just staring at me while I’m trying to remove the tape. I ask if they had other tape and she just said no with a rude voice. I asked if they could reprint my package slip and she said “no we don’t do that” I then asked if they had another bag I could put the item in because I ripped mine while removing tape and she said “no we don’t provide any supplies” in a condescending tone. I politely said okay I will be back later and she LAUGHED. Genuinely so confused why these women think they have the right to treat others like that. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

The staff misunderstood the regulations and mis-measured our package and suggested we try UPS instead. We went to the post office in Fountain City and they were extremely helpful and professional. They accepted our package and we worked together through the paperwork without any issues. The Fountain City post office staff is excellent.
