- KKKyle KaiserAug 20, 20261.0Apparently no one works there because I’ve called multiple times of the day and not a soul picks up a phone. I’m trying to stop my package from being returned sender because they failed to do their job and deliver the package. Answer the phone.

- CJCed JonesJul 13, 20261.0Absolutely horrible. The entire system and process is broken. This location needs to be revamped and they should start with replacing the bearded guys that work there. No need for a tough guy image when you work in customer service. Tough guys join the military not harass hard working people. Had one dispute with those guys and now my package are not getting delivered or always getting returned for some reason but I’d take my package to other locations with no issues. Very unprofessional. Isn’t stealing U.S mail considered illegal?? Please investigate. Mails get delivered past 6pm because they are always late. Don’t get me started with my neighbors bringing me my mail because they guys are exhausted and overworked or just plain lazy!!
