- NTN. T.Jul 24, 20261.0This is the worst post office I’ve visited. Every time I come to this location, the customer service is disappointing. The employees I’ve interacted with have been unfriendly, unhelpful, and seem like they don’t want to assist customers. What has been especially frustrating is that it appears they treat customers differently. I’ve noticed that they are friendly and helpful to some people, while being cold, dismissive, or impatient with others. As a customer, everyone should be treated with the same courtesy and respect. The atmosphere makes it feel as though they dislike their jobs and are only there for a paycheck. I understand that everyone has busy days, but professionalism and consistency in customer service are important. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works to improve the customer service at this location. Every customer deserves to be treated fairly and respectfully.
