- VVVolalum89Sep 9, 20261.0Price to ship a package at the UPS store was $62. When I use the UPS app and enter the dimensions and weight that price was $32. Absolutely crazy that there is that much of a markup if you bring your package into the UPS store.

- GHGail HardyAug 31, 20261.0I utilize UPS Stores for shipping frequently. I would much rather go to the Cedar Bluff, Morrell Rd or Bearden Kingston Pike locations. The customer service at the Farragut location is less than desirable. I brought in a return to ship out today. They said you don’t need the box. I asked if they could throw it away. She said no, we cannot. The other 3 locations are much nicer. Also, please don’t need an extra piece of tape on a package. They charge $2 for a 4” piece of tape. I will give you one thing. You’re consistent. Your staff is less than friendly every time I’m there.
