  The UPS store in FARRAGUT, Tennessee is staffed by some of the nicest people. One of my favorites is Neal if you’re not in a good mood when you walk in there, you will be when you leave because of his great attitude and always smiling.

  Stood at the computer with an associate for 10 minutes trying to print something and instead of focusing on the person standing in front of them, they allowed other people to come get checked out in front of me on the computer we were using and notarized documents for another customer, too. That’s incredibly frustrating. After little communication & still waiting on the email the associate walked away from the computer so I just left. I’ll go somewhere else. A complete waste of time.

  The customer service at this location has been consistently unsatisfactory. The package was dropped off at the store on February 23rd, yet it was never registered as received by UPS. Although I have a valid tracking number, the store employee repeatedly stated that the system shows no information and that she has no knowledge of the package’s whereabouts. This shipment was sent with the expectation of arriving a week early, and I paid the 2nd Day Air fee accordingly; however, there is still no update on its status. Additionally, the staff at this store consistently display an unprofessional and discourteous attitude. On February 28th, 2026, at 10:15 AM, I contacted the store seeking clarification, and the employee who answered chose to hang up rather than provide any explanation or assistance.

  I find everyone in this business to be friendly, courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. Neil helped me during my last visit and was great.
