  So originally I gave this location a 5 star but not even a week later Kristen the manager talked and behaved towards me with such disrespect that I was shocked! And so upset that I will unfortunately never go back to this location as long as she is there, And mind you in front of my 4 year old. I also witnessed her be very rude to other customers while in there. There needs to be a good look at management as they should be setting the example for other employees . I still stand by my original post that Avarie was so sweet and helpful. I also contacted corporate to report the incident. It’s been a week and I have still not heard a thing from the owner. Very disappointed

  Always love coming to this location! Sometimes it’s pretty busy and they are a little stressed but the team gets the job done quick and efficiently!

  The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I was on vacation and needed to use the store here, and they made the whole process quick and easy, answered my questions, and got everything taken care of without any issues. I’d definitely come back the next time I need to ship or print something.

  I was processing a return from Amazon and drop off an item to any UPS store and I go in peters rd location was told they can’t accept it unless is in an Amazon box. He told me to buy one of their boxes Amazon indicated no box required Return it in original manufacturers packaging. He was not helpful Dylan Green assistant manager. Then he tells me Don’t come back to the store.He can surely count on that and I don’t recommend to anyone else either. Instructions No shipping box required Keep the item in its original manufacturer packaging. Show QR code to the store associate Any store associate can help you to ship your return.
