  If you go in the store and this young guys working, I’ll give him a five star he is amazing nice kind and helpful but there are 2?Girls that work there and seem to be annoyed if you’re doing UPS return for Amazon not friendly at all not kind not helpful I’m going to try not to go there again

  Usually the employees are nice. Not today!!! A girl working apparently stressed was very rude to me. I was waiting in line like everyone else and she basically told me I needed to go to the self serve!! I have not ever done that and in fact didn’t know I could and was not comfortable doing that. Someone should teach her to have more manners. She also waited on a woman that was behind me while she was waiting on me!

  It is June 3, 2026 11:46 AM… I went to the store for help with a package. I am disabled. I called and Kristen answered the phone. She hung up in my face when I asked for help getting a package out of my van so I can send it back. She was very nasty to me and told me to go to another UPS store if I didn’t want her help Spencer on the other hand came out and finally figured out that I was just a customer that needed help and he became friendly and helped me so Spencer got a tip and thank you Spencer for doing your job and being nice. Somebody needs to train Kristen cause she needs training how to treat customers.
