I was returning a Nuuly and forgot my extra item—it was 6:24 and they closed at 6:30, and they let me run home to grab it so I could turn it in on time. I got back at 6:31 and they unlocked the door for me. Shout out to Gregory (who’s always exceptionally kind) and the owner for helping me out tonight!

I went to drop off my Amazon return but phone died before I could show my QR code so I sat in my car to charge and watched lines of people flow in and out quickly.
