  I’ve been to this location twice, and the service is always great and fast, I even showed up a few minutes after closing and they still helped me and the whole time with smile! Thank you Maliah (I hope I spelled your name correctly) for taking the time to assist me! 🙂

  This store has outstanding service and multiple capabilities. I have used them both for returning packages and several print items. The quality and service are always outstanding. Noelle and her team get it right every time.

  What a wonderful experience always at the UPS store here in Knoxville by the Walmart on Chapman Highway. This location happens to be located just 2 mi from our home so it's very convenient. I went there to return a package that I was scammed on from some bad company. I was taken care of by an amazing young man by the name of Eli. He truly provided exemplary customer service. Not only was he understanding of my situation but he was able to give me several choices of how to handle my problem. In addition to that he had seen issues and returns from other people from that same company. Eli, was knowledgeable, professional and really gave me peace of mind. I've lived in this area for 5 years and the staff at this store are always wonderful!

  Once again this UPS location has not improved on their customer service. The employee has the customer wait on her to package or wrap the return before giving your receipt. When the employee was finished scanning my returns, she paused to hand my receipt when it printed. She was wrapping the package. I said,"did my receipt print?". She replied, "yes". I said, "can you please give it to me?". She replied, "yes, can you let me do this first?". I said, "no, please hand it to me". She wanted me to wait on her while she prepared the return. This employee needs to understand that customers come first and need out the door. The customer's time is limited and important to get in and out the door. The employee needs to complete the task after customers are gone.
