- JJJAug 25, 20261.0Crybaby middle aged dude wants to charge over 3 dollars to print a label and have an attitude. Don't waste your time. They try to upcharge you on everything. Based on the other negative reviews seems like the same guy is a problem consistently. Dude get a different job if you are that miserable. Store owner forces a print fee charge (which is okay per the UPS franchise agreement) but its greedy and disgusting. You would be better of marketing yourself as a friendly welcoming store instead of a amazon return hub where your pouty employees have attitudes before the customer even speaks.
