  Had an excellent experience at this UPS Store location! Nathan went above and beyond to make sure our fragile items were properly packaged and protected for shipping. He took the extra time and care to ensure everything was handled correctly, which we genuinely appreciated. The entire team was friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout the process. It's refreshing to visit a business where the employees take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. Great customer service all around! We'll definitely be using this location again for our future shipping and packaging needs. Highly recommend!

  Joe is the man! I came in frustrated and a bit rushed. He answered my questions and handled my fragile item with care. Im sure it didnt mean much to him, but his kindness meant everything to me. Nathan was off to the side and threw in smile. Im grateful that their character came through at ups, I was skeptical, but I know where to come when I want personalized customer care. Excellent team, thanks guys!

  I cannot help but take this moment to give this store a 5 star review because of how patient the staff are, especially the manager and the owner, in dealing with rude and disrespectful customers who do not take the time to read instructions when returning items. I also come from the service industry and I applaud your kindness, honesty and your composure when dealing with oblivious and senseless customers. Thank you for all you do and the excellent service you continue to provide through out the years to our community.

  Just left this location and unfortunately will not be coming back. An employee named Cole took my return, and I didn’t realize it required a printed label. He told me I could email the label to the store so he could print it for me, which I did. It wasn’t until after he had already printed it that he told me there was a fee. Had I been told about the fee beforehand, I absolutely would not have paid nearly $3 to return an item worth only $5, especially when I could have easily printed and packaged it myself at home. If you’re going to charge customers for a service, that needs to be communicated before providing the service, not afterward. I’ve also never been charged for this at other locations. It’s not the value of the $3 but the basic etiquette of informing a customer before providing a normally free service. Really disappointing experience and customer service. Save yourself the trouble and visit a different location. The N Peters location has always had the best staff and is much more deserving of your business!
