  My delivery from LG has been on the books for 3 weeks, and the day of, I received several emails and texts updating the delivery process. At 1250 p.m., I received a text letting me know I was next up. I checked the tracker link, and the vehicle was approximately 15 miles and 30 minutes away. I emptied my fridge and freezer and made sure there was a clear path for the crew. I checked the link after, probably only 15 minutes later, and it showed the message that my appliances were undeliverable because they couldn't access the location. At the same time, a UPS and FedEx trucks were delivering next door and across the street. So first, I tried chatting with their customer service and was told they would assign me a new delivery date once my items were returned to their hub (about 100 miles away). I then called LG and was told it wasn't their problem anymore (paraphrasing) and was transferred to RXO and was told the same thing as on chat. When I asked the question of who was going to reimburse me 2 days' salary, I received the equivalent of a verbal shoulder shrug. Now I had no say in my delivery, but if you have any options, DO NOT use this company. There's a reason they're not registered with the BBB!
