They not only saved me time, but gave me the confidence I needed to succeed. The recruiting team took time to listen to me before ever matching me to an open position. They were genuinely interested in me as a person, in my goals and interests, and didn't treat me like a name on a resume. When it came time to interview, they sent me the LinkedIn profiles of interviewers, provided insightful advice, met with me right before the interviews (TWICE) to help me prepare, and made an in-person introduction to the hiring manager. They truly go above and beyond to help applicants succeed. Patriot proactively checked up on me after I started my new job, emailing and texting after hours to ensure things were going well. They truly care about their employees, and it shows.
