  Refused to accept a return package in the original materiel thay it was shipped in. If you wont accept it in that state you should not have shipped it in that state.

  Very dangerous drivers off Mclung and surrounding area going almost 60 mph in a residential area. Can’t report bc its just a corporate entity that sends you in endless loops. Even the lady at this exact location said yeah it’s hard to get ahold of anyone she could transfer me to a department that i could speak to someone… she, i assume, knows the routine. Fed ex is putting shipping over safety and im sure they have a generic npc response about how safety is their top priority blah blah blah… but its not.. numbers are their top priority with blanket safety messages.. its all a lie. Stop worrying about your packages arriving late and more about safety.. and im not talking to fed ex.. im talking to you the consumer. DO BETTER

  Worst customer service ever! Shipped 1 box there to pickup for my daughter’s apt across the street at the Hub who recommended Fed Ex services to do ship & hold. I couldn’t pick it in time up after several flight cancellations and delays. Fed ex closes at 6 pm on Sat and is closed Sundays. One of the male associates who works was so incredibly rude & difficult and actually enjoyed our struggle and non resolution situation. And I quote, yes he said I’ve been told I’m difficult. A Hub employee even tried to pick up my package with our receipt and a copy of my daughter’s ID. Still No!

  I had a confirmed pickup time for my package after receiving a call from this office. Kelsey then proceeded to ship my item back to China. She acted like there was never a pickup time to begin with. At no point did she handle this with anything but attitude. I would rather walk my items across the country on foot than trust Kelsey with anything in regard to shipping or receiving.
