    There are much faster and better printing services in the Knoxville area. Save yourself time, money, and headache and look elsewhere for your printing needs. The communication with this company is non existent. We ordered business cards which took over a month to complete. Once they were ready I told them I would come and pick them up. Alphagrahics shipped them to an address in NC that we are not associated with. They never called or emailed about this so we didn’t realize they had shipped them until we got a UPS statement. When I asked them to please reprint the cards they told me it wasn’t their fault and that I had to pay again. Paul was extremely rude and unprofessional which makes it an easy switch over to a new print company.
