We definitely never get it on Mondays. We don’t get it after holidays. This needs to change. The supervisors are inept and quite frankly worthless. Hire some people fix the service the place is a joke!
- MSMitchell ShaneJul 2, 20261.0ive lived a lot of places, delt with a lot of post offices & my dealings with this office are by far the worst. our mailbox was hit due to driver error. we were told they would replace our box, we had to do nothing by the supervisor who came onsite. our mail was held, they delivered a notice we would have to move our box due to the road being unsafe to turn on. we had to replace, move our own box & wait for reimbursement. carriers still drive and turn at the end of the road on a regular basis (which we have numerous videos of as it continues). its disheartening to see & know this all happened.
- SWSharon WagnerJun 22, 20261.0The mail carriers are not worth the money they are paid . Ever since our regular carrier went to another route a month ago mail has been delivered sporadically. Hardly ever see a mail truck in my area. If the carrier cannot do his job on this route he needs to be let go .
- MRMaria RMay 23, 20262.0I usually conduct my business online and have mail delivered to the area of my HOA complex, but I needed a replacement key- which required an in person visit. I stood in line for an hour and a half to speak with the ONE counter clerk at a window, Bobbi. She remained empathetic and genuine and explained I could pick up a new key after Wednesday. I walked outside to see someone had hit my car. Although the line was literally out the door, Bobbi remained calm, collected, and friendly to everyone. Positive note: The building was climate controlled and well lit.
