  DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. I had the same issue just like TN Mama and Brain a while back. When you return things, double check the return receipt has the same tracking on your return label. One trick UPS employees used to steal stuff is to give you a return receipt with a different tracking label to make it look like you never return the stuff. It is a known scam within UPS franchised locations and that's why I stop returning things via UPS. Also, I just want to point out the employee Nathaniel is ABSOLUTELY RUDE!!!! He always talked like I ate his lunch. It is absolutely disgusting that he behaves like that to any customers. You don't always remember what he said but you will always remember how they make you feel.

  THIS STORE STOLE OUR XBOX SERIES X CONSOLE ON AUGUST 4th 2026. Pinks hair/purple hair female knows what happened! The UPS hub confirmed that the order was created and then voided approximately 20 minutes later. These people are LIARS and THIEVES. UPDATE: Rachel refuses any communication with us whatsoever and the female store manager (pink hair, purple hair?) is now saying that the package was never even brought into the store. Mind you, this is a Xbox Series X console that my daughter worked her heart out for. I would also be very interested in knowing how many ‘lost in transit’ claims have been filed with both this store and the Stone Drive UPS store where the pink hair/purple hair manager has worked. The thievery seems to follow her. Sickening human being. Be very careful taking your packages here. Someone in this shop scanned our label for the return and repair of an xbox x series console and immediately voided the ticket after we left. Our receipt and tracking number show that the package never left their store. KPD is fully aware of the theft at this store and the store on Stone Drive. 13 days later the package still has not reached its destination in Texas. We filed a police report. Terrible that such horrible people exist especially when you think going to UPS is a safer decision. The female manager refused to speak to my husband this evening even with the issue of theft in her store. Seems that she knows there is a theft problem and chooses to ignore it. Shame shame on you all at this ups. My daughter worked for months to buy this console at minimum wage. We will also contact local news and we’ll post all over social media. They have stolen from the wrong family.

  Someone in this store is a thief. We shipped $900 Xbox console back to Microsoft to be repaired from this location. We watched the shipping label be affixed to the package and we're given a receipt and a tracking number. The package never showed up to Microsoft. Upon calling the distribution center, we were told that the tracking number was created and then voided out minutes later after we left. We were also told by the distribution center that there have been multiple police reports filed about other missing packages from this location and that this is known issue to the Kingsport Police department and the UPS distribution center. As of yet the store has not made this issue right. My daughter is heartbroken as we do not have the money to replace the Xbox. Shame on you UPS. UPDATE: it's been now 3 days since the owner has replied to my post requesting documents for proof of drop off. I responded to the email she requested with the documents immediately and have heard nothing since. No reply at all. I have been into the store three times and they are sticking to the story that the box was never dropped off. However, I have digital proof that we were at that location on the date and confirmation from the UPS hub that are tracking number was voided out by this store. So as for only hiring employees with the best integrity, I'm not so sure.
