People whine about the cost of shipping but paying 18 bucks to ship a 3 lb package across the states sure beats the heck out of hand delivering it! A lot cheaper too! Thanks USPS I personally ship abou 1000 packages a year with USPS!

Somehow they manage to always lose my packages. The tracking is a joke. I NEVER get my packages when the tracking says it will show IF AT ALL. I'm so tired of this. Any time I order anything and it comes USPS it's a 100% chance if it being late and a 70% chance you won't get it at all. Another government facility with ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

Had a package delivered from 4,000 miles away by a loved one. Package says delivered to mail box yet I check the mail and it’s completely empty. Have had these issues for the past 13 years of living here.

It's a post office. As long as they have enough workers and the lines not too long it's ok

Loses packages, marks them delivered before being delivered (killed a plant that I could not be reimbursed for, as it marked delivered on time) and doesn't try to re-deliver packages sometimes.
