As walk-ins in the afternoon, he was extremely busy but still took the time to get our applications processed even though some of the paperwork was incorrect. My amazon packages keep being picked up and sent to this location for pick up. Every time I come in there and say I am there to pickup a package the employees say “They probably didn’t send it here, it’s not here, etc…” and every single time MY PACKAGE IS THERE. This is one of the only times I wish a federal institution was privately owned, because I have never seen such incompetency.
