  Im a recent employee at people ready and ive had nothing but problems with this company...for example, back in April, I worked and was accepting jobs on job stack,which is there app, and everything is great...all of a sudden, sharon fair, calls me and takes me off a job ive already accepted at innovated medical and told me to go to piney flats at creative structures...needing to work, to provide for my family, I agree....I go to work, and I submitt my hours as normal at the end of the day....then all of a sudden, my pay is messed up...at first they say my card has expired, but it hadnt....then they say they paid the wrong wayne morris, that hes a guy in there system and we both have the same last two digits....not four....two digits in our s.s. number....personally, ive never heard of this but things happen right? Now remind you, this happens more than one time, and only when speaking with ms sharon....total, ive had three experiences with the pay going to the wayne morris in New york... Also, there was an incident involving sharon, where she called me and asked if I wanted to work in jonesborough at the lowes parking lot, where they are building Taco bell...she stated it could be a long term assignment, so therefore I tell her I accept...remind you this is on the phone, not on the job stack app, so i cant see it....she says it will show up once she submitts it, but it never does....the very next morning, im on my way to work, and she calls and says not to go....that something is wrong with the account, that they had to wait til the bank opens at 9....at 11:17 I ask whats going on, and she says she dont know...needless to say I never went to the job lol.... Also, if you was to call Chattanooga people ready, it actually rings in johnson city....if you apply, they will have you download job stack....once you do, you will notice most jobs are between 35 and 75 miles one way....some jobs do offer gas money, but very rarely... and if they do its only 20$ and the hourly pay 13....its not worth it.... So personally, from my experience....dont do it....go to staffmark, staff pro, priority placements, etc...there is more temps out there, and these company's ive mentioned, ive personally worked with before, so thats where I'd go....I assure you from my experience there not professional....

  I would have given 0 stars if I could. The lady who answers the phone is the rudest person. They will remove job tickets without warning for no reason. If you really need to work, don't go here. No professionalism at all. I'm about to contact corporate.

  I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a job. They have the best customer service, recruiting, and branch manager I’ve ever worked for. Very professional, helpful, and always looking out for your best interests while helping you further your career.
