- JUJordan UtterJul 10, 20261.0I've been waiting on a package for over a, it's tracking was last updated five days ago saying it's in transit from Memphis. I was supposed to get it on Tuesday and it's now friday with still no update on the shipping. I went to the post office yesterday and the lady that helped me said that the container it was in hadn't been sorted. She knew exactly where it was and wouldn't get it for me. She told me it wasn't lost but wouldn't provide proof that it was there either. It's a high value trading card and I wouldn't be surprised if it got stolen. I've been trying for two days to get help with this and USPS customer service is just an ai chat bot that just repeats the same phrases over and over again. Just laziness from every encounter.
