  Girl working the counter is very rude and unknowledgeable about her job. Try to sell me a $11 box to put a cell phone in that I could buy myself inside the store itself For $2.49

  Masherra was so friendly and efficient! Such a nice change from so many other businesses. A customer can get in quickly, have their business taken care of and get out quickly.

  Great customer service! Which is a rare find these days. Todd has helped me the last 2 times I have been in the store. He is always friendly, smiling, and ready to greet customers.

  Never have issues with Amazon returns here, the customer service is usually great, however during a return today, I was returning something in the box Amazon shipped it, thinking it was okay since that’s how I received it. A representative named Brooklyn yelled across the room that I count ship it in that box, I had already printed the label and wasnt sure what to do except go get a box so I could complete the return. Instead of coming over and talking to me she shouted across the room the room that she needed the label I just printed and when I asked what can I do to be able to send it after I get the box she said you can contact the company directly. It wasn’t what she said, but the tone she said it in and the way she kept yelling across the room for me to give her the receipt instead of professionally coming over to me and letting me know that the label needed to be cancelled out and that I would have to contact the company afterwards because my current label would not work anymore.
