  Was yelled at by the owner, in front of employees and other customers. New owners took over this store, always seem annoyed and irritated by customers. But today was by far the worst interaction I've ever had with a business. We had cancelled our mailbox a couple days ago, and asked them to cancel it at the end of the month as we're planning to move anyway and they kept losing packages. The owner was the person that cancelled it. I went back today because we got an email it had been cancelled immediately. We also had paid for 3 months in advance so needed to find out about getting 2 of the months back. Upon asking about the cancellation being done immediately, the owner denied that she had done it, and tried to blame an elderly employee. I told her, no, she had been the one to do it just 2 days prior. I then asked about a refund for the unused months. She then said I'd have to produce a paper receipt, and that "if you'd paid, we would have given you one". I told her that while they may have, it was a month ago, and they should have record of it in the system. She then began arguing with me, which culminated into her shouting "I already told you DEAR that you have to provide a receipt!" And "I already saw your husband left us a bad review for charging for printing!" Referring to the fact my husband had left a one star review for them losing packages, and that UPS corporate has apparently decided to start charging a fee every time you bring in a package with a prepaid label that the store has to physically print out. I reported this whole interaction to UPS corporate who has stated they will be investigating this UPS store.

  Update! The store owners yelled and threatened my wife when she went in to collect packages because of our review and then refused to give a refund on the remaining 60 day we paid for the box for mail. We called the police and corporate who both have made reports and started an investigation. Ever since the store changed owners to the Indian couple, everything has gone downhill. All the old staff quit and no one knows what to do. The male owner is always unfriendly, no one can ever find our packages, even to the point I had to tell them I could see our package and had to direct them to it sitting on the floor. The last straw today was going on to have a package shipped for eBay that had a prepaid shipping label. When I brought it in and tried to have it shipped they told me I'd have to pay them $2 to PRINT THEIR OWN SHIPPING LABEL. I won't be using this location again.

  Nikita (store owner) is so friendly, helpful, and easy to work with! She helped me with my notary and printing needs and even took care of arranging my courier to the right recipient. The whole process was quick, smooth, and stress-free. I’m so glad I found this place. Highly recommend her if you need reliable and excellent service!

  I expect the current 4.2-star rating to decline significantly in the near future. I am extremely disappointed with the recent changes at this location. For years, we chose UPS over USPS despite the higher cost because of the friendly staff and excellent customer service. Unfortunately, it is very apparent that the store is now under new ownership, and the difference in customer experience has been noticeable. Most recently, we visited for an Amazon return, something we have done regularly since 2020. The Amazon return instructions specifically indicated that this location accepted the return with no box or label required. When a QR code is not available, the process has always been to email the label to the store. We have never previously been charged for this service. During this visit, however, we were told we would need to pay to have the label printed. On another visit, instead of the four employees we had become accustomed to seeing over the years, there were two individuals who were noticeably unfriendly, with children running around in the back of the store. The environment felt unprofessional, and the customer service was far below the standard we had come to expect. The combination of these experiences has been very disappointing. As a result, I will not be spending any more money at this location and will be returning to USPS for my shipping and return needs.
