- RFRose Fales5 days ago1.0Do NOT mail anything through the USPS ever!!!! For 18 SOLID years, packages don't arrive, cards never arrive OR are opened to check for cash and gift cards. Do NOT use any place in the middle Tennessee area that goes to Nashville to be sorted; I have mailed things from offices in Mount Juliet, Gallatin, Hendersonville, Lebanon, Nashville, Hermitage AND Murfreesboro for YEARS. It WILL NOT ARRIVE!!! The local news stations will be contacted about this ongoing theft. This is EXTENSIVE theft at this point and I've lost more money yet again. UPS will now get ALL my business. Shut this corrupt entity down entirely!!!!

Let's start off by saying the gentleman that delivers our mail on Walton Ferry is great, he even recognizes my barking rottweiler. The reason I actually decided to do a review was because today I came in to get a ticket as a walk in for my passport photo and application. The lady that greeted me stated they don't start handing out the tickets until 12PM and I stated that would be ok (It was about 11AM) and the nice ady stated that since they were not busy she would take my photo and get the process started as the lady that normally does the passports was on her way back. There was a gentleman that stated that he would just quickly knock out the paperwork and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. THAT IS GREAT SERVICE!!!

No package to be found, (btw you can’t call them phones are set not to let you speak to anyone) so I have to contact the vendor and beg not to ship it through the mail. I am more than willing to make sure a professional service handles my mail.
