I am extremely disappointed with the service from my local USPS office. On multiple occasions, my mail has not been delivered on the scheduled day, despite the mail carrier returning to the post office around 5:00 p.m. and parking their vehicle without completing deliveries. Then, several days' worth of mail is delivered all at once. This is unacceptable because it delays important bills, legal documents, and other time-sensitive mail that could have serious consequences if received late. Customers rely on USPS to deliver mail in a timely and consistent manner, and this pattern of delayed deliveries has caused unnecessary frustration and concern.I understand that carriers can have difficult workloads, but consistently holding mail for days before delivering it all at once is not providing the level of service customers deserve. I hope this issue is addressed so that residents can receive their mail as expected.

Been understaffed since the day I moved here. Randomly closes on weekdays. Passports are a no go. Only compliments my delivery driver. Of the places I’ve lived this one is the worst for getting your mail or going inside the office. I went in today, June 26. The line was out the door. I showed up 30 minutes early before work. That way I had ample time to check on a package that was supposed to be delivered, but the driver didn’t deliver and there were three people trying to get passports and they were completely understaffed. I ended up being late for work and unable to get my package and I was going to be out of town for the next two weeks. They either need to hire more people or shut the whole damn place down. This is getting out of hand. I felt so bad for the poor lady that was doing everything by herself upfront with no help. Get your act together in United States Postal Service! Also, I had a recent time Sensitive package it was supposed to arrive today and rather than it being for delivery. It went to a completely different post office over an hour away from me. And now the package is lost… thanks usps.

I love most of the staff here! They work hard and have great attitudes with such a high volume of traffic. I do not know who the new supervisor is as today is the first day I saw her. I was picking up a package. Two of the staff were assisting people when a third walked by saw my yellow card and said she’d grab it for me. A group of people had just walked away and you had 3 staff at the front. The line wasn’t long it was just happenstance this “supervisor” or whatever she is walked by and with the worst attitude says there’s no line they don’t need 3 people up there. No questions, just walk up with an absolutely terrible and unnecessary and unprofessional attitude! She has no business being in that position. We do not want our amazing staff leaving because of her lack of professionalism. Wherever she came from send her back and honestly demote her. She deserves a write up if we’re being honest. She has no business leading people with an attitude like that. When your OGs start quiting or requesting transfers she’s 100% the root cause! I’ve been using this post office for 6 years. I have a PO Box and have to come through all the time. Ive never seen her until now and I’ve never seen an attitude on one of your staff like this. Your OGs knock out those lines with great attitudes and they don’t deserve this person and their crappy behavior or attitude! I gave a one star so you take this seriously. I love your staff but that female needs to go!

They bent my bachelor's degree diploma in half and crammed it in my mailbox. It was in a special envelope and very obviously says "Do Not Bend". I will be coming in to discuss this. This is unacceptable

Absolute worst USPS you could ever choose to go into! Not only have they lost a couple packages of mine, but I just went in there and was trying to ship something via priority mail, which is not cheap, typically there is a nicer redheaded lady in there that helps me with sealing up the box for the priority mail, but she wasn’t working today and I got this lady and she quickly proceeded to tell me go ahead and fill up the box and then watched me struggle with it for the next few minutes, when I asked her for help, she told me I don’t know how to do it… Are you not the one that works at USPS? Not me. She did not help me so then I just grabbed my stuff and said you know what I’ll go to UPS where they will help me and be kind. Don’t waste your time shipping stuff here unless the redheaded lady is working because all of the other employees in this USPS are the most miserable people I’ve ever encountered.
