  I have been visiting The UPS Store (Glenbrook) in Hendersonville, Tennessee, for years now - sometimes to ship packages, but often to deal with Amazon returns. Many of the same women have worked at this location during the entirety of my patronage. They have always been so kind and accommodating when it comes to my very picky way of handling my returns (and they never give me a hard time about it). They are helpful in finding the best and most economical ways to ship items, which is particularly helpful to those of us who don't use the service regularly. I know from experience that not all stores have employees who serve their customers this way, so I am especially thankful for this location and the people who work there.

  Make sure to ask how much it costs before they take your paperwork and start scanning them. I went yesterday and got the email for the scan and then they told me it was gonna be $17!!! If I would’ve known a scan costs that much I would’ve never scanned it there! This price to scan to email is absurd!!!

  This is the best UPS store! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to help me get my packages where they need to go. I will always drive further out of my way to go to this location!
