Having packages not delivered when suppose to or delayed for no reason and when we try to call about it to see what's going on, no one wants to answer the phone and when they do they hang up! Absolutely terrible wouldn't even give 1 star

I was in the yard working and there is nothing in the box . Tried calling after 10 minutes on a call they finally gave me the local phone number .They will not answer the phone . This is after earlier in the week claiming we told them to hold a package for pickup . Never talked to anyone Pulled up to mail box and left nothing . I would give them a zero if I could.
