  Stopped in today to have some paperwork Notarized, they were super fast and friendly. It took maybe 10-15 minutes to complete our paperwork but all the employees were working helping people as they came in and seemed like they took care of everyone quickly. Even when I stop in to ship anything it’s always pleasant and fast, I was surprised to see the bad reviews. I was only looking at the reviews to see if there was any comments about having things notarized.

  I gave them a one because I can’t give them a 0. Today, 25 Sep 26 at 11:30 am I called the store to have them print off 2 each 8x10 (standard size) papers for me. Each paper had 3 sentences. I need them printed on color paper, white lettering, and 2” letters. I emailed them what I needed. Here was my instructions: I need this printed on black paper or cardboard with white lettering: HOLDER HOLLOW HAULING H3T LLC USDOT: 9329737 When I called the young lady working there first said, this is in black lettering but you asked for white. I had to explain to her, if I wrote the email on white lettering you would not be able to see it on the white background Next she says, it will be tomorrow before the banner is done. I said, I simply want you to print off on standard paper (black if you have it or any color with white lettering) on a standard 8.5x11” paper. Then she ok, we can do that but it will be late this afternoon before we can get it completed. I need time to figure out how to print white. Needless to say I simply cancelled the order

  They do not always have a notary on site even though it is advertised as such. I wasted a trip for them to not be able to help.

  I just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady who helped me this afternoon. She was kind, super helpful and knowledgeable (and patient!)!! I’d give her 10 stars if I could!
