  I just wanted to give a shout out to the young lady who helped me this afternoon. She was kind, super helpful and knowledgeable (and patient!)!! I’d give her 10 stars if I could!

  I came in for a return and I was helped by a girl named Desinty, her costumer service was exceptional and efficient. Very good experience!

  This UPS Store is very efficient. I can go in and out with 5 minutes. Less if there is no line. From shredding to getting a receipt for a prepaid label. What I need is usually straight forward but I’ve seen staff interact with other customers for shipping items. Those tractations seemed to go smoothly.

  Got what I needed done, but the lady who assisted me was incredibly short and rude to me. She ripped the package out of my hand and threw my package around like she didn’t care. I raised concerns about the tape on the top and she just brushed me off and tossed the receipt at me. My package was a fragile sample for a home health testing kit. As someone that also works in the service industry I get the day in and day out frustration but to treat a customer like that I’d be fired on the spot. That type of service is disgusting will go to the Oak Ridge location from now on.

  I can’t stand going in that place. Every time I’ve been in there, it’s the same thing the most unhappy, unfriendly and unprofessional employees. Management needs to do some training or replace that staff
