- ECEunice ChoiAug 25, 20261.0Kim at the front desk was extremely rude, patronizing and discriminating. She didnt place the certified mail sticker properly so I fixed it, then she immediately snapped saying “why dont you get a job at a post office, because youre acting as if i dont know what Im doing” then laughed, along with another colleague of hers, a blond lady at the front desk, whom I noticed behaves the same way. I filed a complaint online, and the manager called but he sounded younger than both of those front desk ladies and sounded powerless. It was clear that he wont be able to fix anything in his branch. Awful job everyone, this is very representative of the general level of work ethic in ‘small town Greeneville’.

I’ve owned a business and been shipping for 9 years, and this is the only post office that has ever given me trouble. What they tell me doesn’t even make sense. I have to remember to never try and mail anything through this location!
