  Not a lot of stock. Weren't looking for a file cabinet, only a few to choose from.

  They usually have pretty good deals for school supplies before school starts and they always have the colors of binders and folders and such that my daughter really likes to use and those colors are harder to find at other stores because she likes pink and purple and all that and most of the stores carry just black and white and regular standard colors red etc.

  I ordered business cards on line the night before to pick up next evening. I left my town 45 miles away to pick them up. It said on line the cards would be ready at 6:30. Arrived to find the store closed and on line it still said the cards were not ready. I checked again After 12 midnight and it still said on line cards not ready. Went back 3 days later on a Sunday, arriving at 3 pm and the store was locked with the gates pulled across the door. As we pulled up 3 employees were coming out. My husband explained we were there to pick up our business cards that were ordered and paid for. The sign on the door said the store was closed due to illness. The manager said that he was sick and no one could come and relieve him so they were closing the store early. They said I could come back Monday and get them. We explained we lived 45 miles away and this was the closest staples and we had already driven once to get them (90 miles round trip). I told them I wouldn’t be back. I called on Monday. The manager told me I had to call an 800 number. Then she told me to hold, and she came back with the assistant manager that was helping from another location.He said he did know how to do a refund and that he would refund it for me. He did apologize and said they were going through some changes and things would be better. After driving 180 miles round-trip to try to get these business cards and the unwillingness of an employee to just walk back in the store when they are closed early and pick up a box that she said that she knew was there and that had already been paid for after explaining that we had been there twice was very unacceptable customer service. We drove 180 miles total round trip and got nothing. I would not recommend ordering anything from the store and expect them to be available for you to pick it up. I have ordered from another Staples store in the past and had excellent customer service. Needless to say, I will not order from this Staples again.
