- GCGrace CalvertJul 16, 20261.0Edit: All 3 kiosks are now broken and won’t print shipping labels, so print them before you come :( AC is broken! There have been multiple times where all 3 self service kiosks were broken. Now only one works for shipping labels, and the line is crazy long. They’ve been broken over 3 weeks. Not to mention the line inside is also always very long.

But that machine is extremely user-unfriendly and couldn't even process a return label properly! If I could have done it myself, why would I waste my time waiting in line in the first place? Terrible customer service.

Any issue you have with mail they direct you to the 1-800-ask-usps number which is just a poorly programed robot and the biggest waste of time I can currently think of. Zero ways to speak to a real person and no way to contact anyone about the issues with their service or their means to get customer support. It would honestly would be less hassle to just go deliver whatever it is yourself

I figured id go back out and do self service to ship it. The guy working was amazing. Didn't even ask. Got the information and took the package for me. He was very friendly and efficient. Happy to see good service here.
