- AEAngela EppleyAug 3, 20261.0Front desk, the women are kind, and get things done. But the man I deal with at the front desk likes to debate and makes excuses for the delivery guy. The mail delivery guy has literally signed my certified letters, lies to my face, makes excuses, marks my packages as "awaiting at post office as per customer" so he doesn't have to deliver them or he just marks them "too big to deliver". After many many complaints he still continues to do the same things. You can't call the post office 75% of the time because no one answers phone, so you have to drive there for issues that should have never been my problem to begin with. If it wasn't for the ladies at the front desk I would start pulling my hair out. Thanks ladies for being kind and capable. This review is a long time coming.

- MLmichael lairdApr 8, 20261.0Fire whoever is responsible for answering the phones at all local usps locations around Pigeon Forge. 3 days of calling and it just rings and rings, then an eventual busy signal or hang up. You're getting paid to help people. I've been in these post offices... they're rarely busy. Absolutely absurd that it's 2026 and we can't get a live person to help when needed. Fire them all!
