- SKstephanie klaer6 days ago1.0I was shocked to discover that a book of stamps being sold for $15.60 was priced at $25. Marking up a basic postal product by nearly 60% feels excessive and unfair to customers. This experience left me feeling taken advantage of and has seriously damaged my trust in UPS. Because of this, I will not be using UPS for future shipping needs, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Customers deserve transparent and reasonable pricing, not to be treated as an opportunity for an inflated profit.
- RCRick ChervenakJun 17, 20264.0Usually don't leave anything but 5 star reviews, but hopefully someone will read this and make slighly better scheduling decisions. The entire store was run by high school kids and absolutely nobody with experience to help these kids. The system went down and there wasn't anyone that could assist them or the clients. Hiring summertime help is awesome but I would recommend having at least 1 adult over the age of 18 running a multi-service store with high volume traffic, especially when you have summer help from teens with little experience to handle complicated situations and tasks. Just a thought.
