  I had a package that said delivered, but was not in our mailbox. This is the first time this has ever happened. So I made a claim online about a missing package. This morning I received a call from someone at the post office yelling at me about the claim telling me he “is looking at GPS coordinates and it has been delivered”. I have never been talked to so rudely and angrily by a business employee in my life. I asked what I needed to do and he continued to speak to me angry and yell “I don’t care. We did what we needed to do on our end and delivered. Make a police report that it’s been stolen.” We just checked our cameras and confirmed that no one else came to our mailbox other than the mailman. We will be going above him Monday.

  Worst post office on the planet. Marks packages as delivered and keeps the package. Total garbage. This happens multiple times a year

  As I read on other reviews, I would Also rate 0.0 if I could. The carrier makes no attempt to deliver packages to my door. I have had packages left by the mailbox in the rain. I have had packages crammed into my newspaper box that were hard to get out. I have had numerous non-deliveries because the carrier refused to get out of the car. I spoke with the postmaster and she simply said she would talk with the contractor. Obviously her leadership is nil - zero improvement. I picked up a package today and asked the person behind the counter why it was not delivered. He simply said ‘I don’t know. I am not the carrier’. I told him the message I received was a delivery complication. Same answer. He could not have cared less and his focus was to get me out the door. I asked what to do to improve things. He said talk with postmaster next week. I told him I already spoke with her. He said ‘ok - anything else?’. Incompetence, indifference, laziness.

  Worst post office I have ever dealt with in my life. Numerous packages lost and had to file through companies for refunds. had packages delivered to wrong address. Luckily I know the neighbors so they let me know a package has been delivered. Have a car parked in MY DRIVEWAY 10+ feet away and its "too close to the mailbox" even though a horse a buggy could turn around in the spot. "Couldnt reach mailbox or front porch for package deliver" even though Fedex or UPS neither had a problem the same day. Lazy and incompetent people. Has been this way for years and apparently nobody cares. If I could give zero stars I would.

  I've had multiple problems with this post office as well as their mail carriers. Everything from mail I've dropped in their outgoing slot never being delivered to packages they've left pickup notices for being misplaced and found 2 days later. Now to top it all off, even though I've lived at the same address for over 3 years my mail has stopped being delivered and they left me a card to fill out telling them who lives at this address. These people are incompetent and shouldn't be bagging groceries let alone running a post office. No wonder the USPS is a failing government entity and most people use private sector shipping companies for anything truly important.
