She did all this even though I needed to place my return at FedEx! Wonderful experience - highest praises for Carissa who truly took ownership and gives exceptional service.

I had an international package that need to go out and i was in a hurry. The process was not straightforward, but the staff and owner took the time to get it out. I had to leave before the transaction was complete, but they finished it and called me with the tracking number and receipt.
