I was buying an organizer for a new position I started and when I got home, I didn’t realize that whomever opened the shipment got a little over zealous with the box cutter. My planner had few nice clean slices in it, nonetheless, I needed to replace it. Warren, Staples employee was very helpful, very professional and we even had a laugh over it. Thing is, it was the last one, another detail, I NEEDED it to have a 3 ring binder inside. (Important Detail) So I go and pick one, being oblivious and my ADD in full effect, didn’t notice I picked one without a 3 ring binder inside, but guess what? Warren DID! He saved me another trip back later, so to this, I wanted to give Warren some love and his attention to detail saved me a big headache of having to go back again. To Staples hierarchy, GIVE WARREN A RAISE! True asset to the Staples staff!

I placed an order on line to be picked up the same day. Once the person at the pick up counter and I looked at the order we both realized it was not done correctly so I asked for it to be redone. While there I noticed many people waiting for Amazon returns, and also waiting to check out with only two people working. I was hoping the lack of staffing was just during the particular time I was there. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case. While I was there, I ordered prints of pictures that were needed for an out of state funeral service. I was told it would be next day. I went back two days later and was told they were short staffed and it would be the following day. I called before going back only to find out that it still had not been started and we were leaving to go out of state the next morning. So, after 4 days, the order still was not started on a normally same day order. This has completely left me in a jam as I leave in the morning to go out of town which the photos were supposed to be complete and part of the service. I have used Staples for years and but I will not use them again as I cannot trust they can get the job done. Staples corporate, your stores are completely understaffed which is affecting your customer service and quality in products.
