- SMSofia MitchellDec 12, 20221.0I was very disappointed with this post office today when I went in at 4:18 and tried to purchase stamps. They had already turned the lights off, locked up, and refused to serve me because they close at 4:30. 4:18 and 4:30 are not the same and 12 minutes should be plenty of time to buy some stamps. I’m sure they have closing duties and I understand but it should not impose on them serving customers up until the posted closing time:
- VAVictoria AllenMay 16, 20181.0I was over charged to send my package to California. They purposely gave me USPS ground which was almost $20, rather than Media Mail for $5. The box was only 2 pounds. With either shipping method the package is going to get their the same day. This post office took advantage of my lack of experience in mailing. And she literally told me that was the cheapest price. These people are absolutely terrible. If I could give them negative star I WOULD GLADLY.
