- JJJessMay 21, 20261.0I don't know what the deal is with you guys, but for some strange reason the mail that is being sent to my address, the correct address that all of my other mail comes in at successfully, you guys are returning it saying the address number doesn't exist. Happens with my bank, and now happened with a doctor's office that has sent me mail previously and I received those with no issues, so what's the problem now exactly?? Spelling is 100% correct and the same as other mail that does get delivered, so I don't understand?? Also, THE ADDRESS NUMBER IS ON THE MAILBOX both sides! My place has had the same address number since god knows how long, way before 2011 when we moved in, so why is this all of a sudden an issue now? ALSO when you guys do deliver mail, yall decide to leave the mailbox door wide open, almost every single time, so if it's pouring rain, the mail gets soaked if I don't get it immediately. Do not come at me saying it doesn't close, yes it does! Closes perfectly. Negligence all around!!
