Never once went here without getting attitude. If you hate your job so much leave don't be rude to the people paying. The lady who “helped” told me false info while being straight rude, so I go to Cocke county and no issues.

- PHPaige HeltonApr 2, 20261.0they didn’t drop off my package because ‘they weren’t able to’, so i went to pick it up & they wouldn’t give it to me because i didn’t have a ‘pink slip’. i had the tracking number & proof it was our package, and they still refused. now we have to wait for a re-delivery for a very important package that we need. awful establishment & employees.
