- OBOlivia BSep 12, 20262.0I’ve never had an issue with the staff here as other reviews mention, but their hours of operation SUCK and make it VERY difficult for people who work traditional hours and have kids to go to the post office. Only 8:30-4:30 during the week, not even the standard 8-5. Then only until 11 on Saturdays?? I’ve moved around a lot and never lived anywhere where the post office closes so early on a Saturday. Working all week, so unable to go during the week and then trying to juggle kids and make it to the post office before 11am on a Saturday definitely makes things challenging! I’ve lived in bigger cities where the PO is open all day Saturday and even my little hometown, which is the same size as Dandridge, even their post office is open weekdays 8-5 and Saturdays until 1pm. The Dandridge Post Office hours feel discriminatory against full time working parents.

Im going to report this lazy, ignorant lady to higher ups. She does absolutely nothing she is suppose to. She cant seem to scan a damn thing in but I can turn around hand it to a carrier they do it just fine. Shes rude as hell to everyone. I will be reporting her nonsense to higher ups. Today alone 6 customers in front of me. Not one person got their items out. Shes the rudest, laziest postal worker Ive ever seen. The crap she says to people is ridiculous shes down right degrading. Avoid this post office at all costs until they remove this useless worker. Shes mean as crap to everyone. Has every excuse not to do her job. Shes making people's lives harder. Over simply mailing an item. Packages she cant seem to scan I had to my awesome carrier same exact label scans right in. Shes lying to customer's. The insults shes absolutely ridiculous she ever speaks to me like she does others ill record her and blast her live across the internet. Then you'll remove her. Read the comments same complaint from everyone the older, glass wearing short gray haired women if she hates her job so much find another one. This women worked at ups she was let go same exact reasons mean as crap to customer's.
