- ASAmy SteppOct 10, 20231.0They damage packages, shove oversized items into mailboxes that don't fit them, and make zero effort to even talk to you about it when you reach out to them.
- ACAdam CoxJan 23, 20191.0I’ve made several attempts to reschedule delivery of my items. The delivery person only made 1 attempt to deliver and left notice in mailbox. I signed notice and scheduled delivery. Received notice that package was available for pickup. Rescheduled again. Cannot get into contact with anyone from usps. This post office doesn’t operate within normal hours. I cannot leave work for this. I paid for them to be delivered to my home. It isn’t rocket science. Should have chosen ups or fedex.
- ABAshlynn ButlerFeb 18, 20163.0Pretty unpredictable mail time. Sometimes I get my neighbor's mail or I don't even get something I'm tracking with a tracking number. Also have gotten bent pictures from shutterfly and had to get new ones. Not a happy customer. Get it together please!
