- AAAuthentic Appalachian AdventuresMay 1, 20261.0I ordered a floor lamp. They changed order to pickup because mailbox was full, its a floor lamp, it won't fit in the mailbox. What kind of people you have working here? This is the 4th time they have just changed our deliveries to pickups because they don't want to deliver them, just ridiculous. Zero stars. How about you do your jobs. If you dont want to deliver packages then don't accept them, simple. Then ups can handle it, they dont seem to have any issues.
