- JSJay ShappleyAug 11, 20263.0Just received a package yesterday sent 2 day priority mail and cost $62 to send. It arrived in seven days. I was supposed to get a package yesterday. It did not come. It was out for delivery today and the carrier just posted that the business was closed and he or she could not deliver it. The business has been open since 930 this morning and does not close till 6 PM. Why would the carrier tell such a fib? I want to be fair. I called the post office and spoke to a nice lady. She tried to figure out who the carrier was and why they didn’t deliver it. She offered that they were a new person in training. And that they would deliver it tomorrow. Perhaps the training should include not writing Fictitious excuses for why the package wasn’t delivered. Because of her efficiency and courtesy.I will raise the rating to a three.

Some feel that moving packages is more important than serving the customers. One clerk use to wear a name-tag that read “Puddin’ Tame”. If her supervisor or manager allowed this, that manager is the catalyst for the unacceptable behaviors at this post office. It’s worth the drive to go to another post office.
