The employees seem to rely entirely on the Print & Go system and are unwilling to assist customers when it isn’t working. Instead of offering alternatives or trying to resolve the issue, they simply tell you the machine is down and leave you to figure it out yourself. Customer service should be about helping people, especially when technology fails. A broken machine shouldn’t mean zero service. Management needs to train employees to assist customers instead of using the kiosk as an excuse not to do their jobs.
- TPt pierceJun 16, 20262.0I asked one of your staff(older lady)today(6/16/26)for a refund of .26 cents, because I had hit the print button by mistake, because my copy wasn't on the printer and I was trying to figure it out. I said something to the younger guy, and he said okay, but he was with a customer. So, I was able to get my other copies. I went looking for the guy, but he was with a customer, so I spoke to the older lady about what happened and she said technically they're not supposed to give a refund. I gave her the blank sheet letting her know that it didn't copy anything, but she refused and I said that's okay, if you don't want to give it, but I've gotten a refund from other locations, then I walked out smh, because I couldn't believe she didn't want to refund it. I'm not worried about the .26 cents, it's the fact that there wasn't a copy made on the paper, but I noticed she wasn't very friendly, so that's why I was wanting to talk to the young man, but he was talking to a customer. When I walked out, another customer made a comment to me about this location. I've never ran into this problem at any other locations, including this one, when they were at a different location 2 blocks away.
