  THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. if I did not live so close to this office I would NOT use them. The most utterly disrespectful most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with my entire life named Jessica. Completely thinks it’s ok she took her frustration with her job out on me. Lied and said I changed my story three times. I DID NOT change it once. Refused to let me record the interaction. And then tried to wait to apologize until I was ready to walk out of the door. Gave me the wrong complaint number to file one on her. But that’s ok I found the right one and called. Told me the cameras are FAKE in the lobby and refused to pull up any footage from 2 Saturdays ago. I asked 3 times for a manager within a week. Was told to keep coming back so I did. First guy name Kevin told me that the amount wasn’t even in the system for the amount I showed that came out of my bank.. And when I did finally get a manager not only did she instantly come at me right off the bat and tell me I’m coming at all of them , she then told me I had changed my story three times when I TOLD THEM ALL THE SAME THING. I GOT TWO PACKAGE BAGS TO BUY and already had labels and shipping paid for way before I got there. that was it. 2 small $2 bags. I Didn’t check my bank account til Monday because of a business issue I had over the weekend that had me unable to fully focus on other things. My boyfriend cleaned my car over the weekend and threw away the receipt which I told them but I had a copy on my bank statement and the tracking numbers for packages ! So How does Kevin tell me it’s not in the system and then magically Jessica the manager, finds it ??? Sounds like your the one whose story changed multiple times… and so Now tell me why I shouldn’t be mad about 2 weeks Iv waited for a manager to call me. No call. Came up there multiple times, with no resolution??? And the first thing you do is be aggressive with me off the bat. AND then try to apologize after you have me in tears because you had a bad day?? Telling me “i got big shoulders that I can take it”. How unprofessional!!!!!! I could care less about your size. That doesn’t give you the right to try to intimidate me and talk to me that way!! The only one who was even professional trying to handle the situation in a proper manner was the girl at the front desk with a head band and a guy named Matt. Yal are the worst post office I have ever encountered. I know multiple employees who work there as carriers and they all are amazing but you guys in the office DO BETTER OR GET ANOTHER JOB!

  Don’t know how to answer a phone. Slow as all hell. The Sparta post office is 10 times better than Cookeville and that’s sad.

  Why is it that the Cookeville and Algood Post Offices never answer their phones anymore? I know they're busy, but still. It's frustrating to have to drive all the way to the other side of Cookeville to get information. (To give credit, I was able to get through once, and the gentleman was very helpful.)

  I have tried calling my local branch several times in the last couple days and no one will answer the phone, and when you call the national line it is nothing but a run around and they never get you to talk to an actual person. All I was trying to do is figure out what happened to a package that was supposed to be delivered yesterday.
