I scheduled a passport appointment a full week in advance, then drove nearly an hour each way, wasting time and gas, only to be casually told by the supervisor that the employee who handles passport applications was “on leave.” No notice, no cancellation, no accountability. They knew days ahead that this appointment couldn’t be fulfilled and simply didn’t care enough to contact me. Zero professionalism, zero respect for customers’ time. This isn’t a small mom-and-pop shop — this is the United States Postal Service. Basic communication and basic competence should not be too much to ask. Complete waste of my morning. I will never return to this location for any service, and I strongly recommend everyone else avoid it as well. Find somewhere that actually values your time.
