I have always liked Staples for office supplies, they seem to have whatever you need and it has always been a competitive prices, especially if you catch what you need on sale. The staff are really nice also, and there are plenty of parking spaces. I purchased a computer their years ago and never had any trouble with it so it's good to know they don't sell second hand products like some places do. No matter if you need a large item or small item, I can almost guarantee you they will have it if it is related to office supplies.

I called in advance to confirm that Staples accepts basic AA and AAA household batteries for recycling. The associate confirmed that it did. However, when I arrived, she told me there was a $2.99 charge per battery. I questioned this several times, asking whether the charge was truly per battery or perhaps per drop-off. She was adamant that it was per battery. Can that possibly be correct? Needless to say, I went to another local business and recycled the batteries at no cost and with no hassle. Whether the charge is per battery or per drop-off, I cannot imagine why a customer would pay for this service when several nearby businesses offer it free of charge. Staples, if there is some reason you must charge customers to recycle ordinary household batteries, I strongly suggest discontinuing the service altogether. As currently presented, it provides no practical value when free alternatives are readily available nearby.

I travel all over the country and Staples business centers have become my go office while on the road. This Staples is not a business center. They will print stuff for you, when they get around to it. A VERY BAD EXPIENCE!

I wanted to do faxes. The guy told me to go to the fax machines follow the instructions. And it would work well I have never been so disappointed in all my life, couldn't get the copy machines to work had to get somebody else to help me because the guy was too busy in his own head doing his own thing. So Staples you suck I thought there were people there that could help you get through making copies of anything faxes of anything but I guess not I guess you just hire people at high school level that have no knowledge of anything like me and you wonder why you can't find help and you're going out of business
