Why was it not delivered to my house FedEx has delivered to my house all the other times why was it sit out on the side of my driveway for !! Very upset about this !!!

Delivery was rescheduled for following Monday, when I would already be out of town. Online customer service would not tell me where the package was. Had to drive to four facilities to find the package. Drove to this facility twice. But ... big thanks to Sandy for her friendly and effective service!
