  I have used this FedEx Office location in Collierville many times over the years for a variety of printing needs, and the staff has consistently been helpful, friendly and professional. But my most recent experience deserves special recognition. We recently had a death in our family, and I needed obituaries printed for the funeral on very short notice. I trusted this location with something that was incredibly important to my family, and they had them ready in under an hour. Erica, in particular, went out of her way to help me. She looked at what I was trying to accomplish and suggested a more efficient way to print enough copies for the number of people we expected at the service. Her recommendation allowed us to reduce the size while actually improving the overall print quality. She was also incredibly patient and gracious as I made last-minute edits. It had been a very difficult week, and that particular day was especially hard. Erica’s kindness, patience and willingness to help made one stressful part of the day so much easier. Sometimes exceptional customer service isn’t just about getting the job done, it’s about how you treat someone while you’re doing it. Erica was wonderful. She is truly a gem, and I hope FedEx recognizes what an asset she is to this location. Thank you, Erica, for taking such good care of me and my family when we really needed it.

  Tuesday morning I had an interview at 9:30. This store opened at 9-my resume that I need printed said it wouldn’t be available until 1pm. Boy am I thankful Dawn overheard me ask the other lady if there was any way I could get it now (the lady I asked said no). Dawn didn’t have to help me-it was my own fault that I ran out of ink at the wrong time. But I am so thankful and grateful that she stepped in to help! She had me out the door with 10 copies of my resume! The world needs more Dawns for sure!!
