- AWAdam Watson3 days ago1.0They throw my packages in the ditch next to the mail box. I made a report and a woman named Melissa said it wouldn't happen again. Well it still happens. I also purchased something on September 13th. It got shipped all the way to Andersonville then sent to knoxville then got sent to Puerto Rico. Melissa said give it some time that its being sent back from Puerto Rico. I have no way of tracking. Ive tried calling her and emailing her about the location of my package. She no longer responds. I officially hate dealing with usps now. This is the worst post office ive ever had to deal with. Id advise you use fed ex or another mailing company from here on out

Yesterday, one of them supposedly tried to deliver my package, then put in the system that I asked for it to be held for pickup. I definitely didn't do that. It's kinda funny how that happened, especially since Monday's a holiday, so now I can't even pick it up until Tuesday. Yeah, I'm being petty and I don't care, just do your job like you're paid to and stop falsely putting stuff in the system. A picture is attached for proof of what I'm saying. Oh and may i add look at the time stamp being just a few mins before they closed for the day.
