  Called on Saturday and asked about a notary for a quitclaim deed, I was told that they only do it Monday-Friday from 8-1..(maybe 8:30-1, I just remember the 1part). My brother took off work and I took off work to meet there at the branch, only for them to tell me that they do not notarized those, I advised them that the one in East Ridge just did it yesterday for me and my sister, she said that they were franchised out and that their notary allows them to do it but their manager does not. If you do NOT trust your employees to do a quitclaim correctly even if they are authorized to do so then how do you trust them to do anything?? At least let your people know that this is not a service you offer so that people don’t waste their time coming to get it done. (Manager did call and left message that if they do a fraudulent quitclaim deed then they lose their notary- if that’s the case then it’s the case with anything you notarize that is fraudulent- you are trained and have access to verify anything that you are authorized to notarize .. if you’re not confident enough to do one item you shouldn’t be doing any of them).

  Called on a Saturday and asked about getting a quick claim deed notarized. They said they could do it Monday thru Friday 8am to 1pm. So my entire family came up here to get everything done and they said they had the ability but the owner won't allow them to do it. When trying to call the owner he never responded or called back. Very unprofessional people. If you can just go somewhere else.

  The lady who helped me at Cleveland UPS store was very kind and thoroughly enjoyed interacting with her. Very pleasant and looked like she enjoyed her job and not just stuck there.

  I’ve been a customer of the UPS store on Stuart in Cleveland since I moved my business here in 2023. The entire team at UPS has always been there for me, and if you’re a small business owner, I don’t see how you can get by without a valuable partner like them. Always courteous, always professional, and always available. Having off-hours access to my mailbox couldn’t be more convenient, and having them look after my correspondence until I have an opportunity to retrieve it is just the kind of peace of mind I need. Are they busy? Yes. But that’s because they’re as good as they are with the service to match the offering. I’ll stay with the UPS Store as long as I can, and if you’re a small business owner, you should too.

  I always hope to see Sandra and Tonya when I go to UPS Stuart Rd., Northeast Cleveland, Tennessee, They are always so helpful; And they always greet you with An attitude like they’re glad to help you. I really appreciate that! Some people could care less if they help you or not even though they’re in a position to serve the public.
