  Came down with a pre-ordered label to ship a saxophone in a case. Was assured they would pack and ship it after I was on the phone with their customer support and even provided weight and dimensions. I get to the store and the clerk (who was kind) apologized and told me they didn't have a box to fit it and "I should go check Home Depot". Clerk was nice, but that's not good.

  This store sent a portrait for me to my relative. They packed and shipped with the $100 insurance guarantee. The cost of shipping was $67.45. My portrait arrived broken and scratched. I gave them pictures of the damaged shipment. This happened in January. I have contacted them several times and I have not received any contact from the store or UPS or reimbursement from the insurance. I would not reccommend using this store's service as they do not care about the safe delivery of packages or compensation when the package is damaged.

  Ups/ Amazon all say this store has our package but they say they don’t. We drove over an hour to pick up as states it’s at their location and they tell us it’s at a different access point but not sure where. We called every Cleveland, Tennessee access point who states not having it. The distribution center states it’s been deliver to them but yet they are unable to locate the package! This store has wasted four hours of our life, the line was super long each time we went in there, would not trust them with anything Valuable! Has packages stacked up everywhere they stated they looked and not there and was there the Whole time after having us drive all over town to find the package they had! They WASTED SOOOO MUCH OF OUR TIME WOULD NOT USE EVER AGAIN!!!!

  I’ve been in this UPS store multiple times. I might assume that it’s changed managers because the place is not overly cluttered now, and even though the line was as long as it normally is, I’ve never seen it move this well. They were incredible in helping pack and ship something with ease!
